Vessel/Shorebased Type: Private/Charter Motor Yacht
The Candidate will have held this position previously on a similar sized vessel.
The Candidate must have good organisational skills for menu planning and stocking, as well as impeccable hygiene standards.
The candidate will be working alongside a head chef and must be prepared to learn new skills and assist the head chef as and when required.
Having skills in specific areas of cuisine will be advantageous.
