Description

Sous Chef for a 80m+ Private/Charter S/Y.

Permanent position to start ASAP in Central America.

Must have a Ships Cook Certificate and B1 Visa in hand!

Must have a minimum of two seasons experience.

Big boat experience is preferred with relevant restaurant and catering experience.

Must be able to take direction well and fit into the galley routine!

This position will suit someone who enjoys an active lifestyle as this is not a party boat!

20+ mixed nationality crew onboard.

Non Smoking vessel.

Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.
