Vessel Type: 75m Private/Charter Motor Yacht
Location: Mediterranean → Caribbean (Winter Season)
Contract: 4:2 Rotation
Start Date: ASAP, ideally before Sunday 23 November
Salary: €6,000 + equal share of charter tips

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a prestigious 75m private/charter yacht with an exceptional culinary program. The yacht is currently in the Mediterranean and will be crossing to the Caribbean for a busy winter charter season.

The yacht operates with wonderful, highly experienced Head Chefs, who encourage the Sous Chef to be heavily involved in guest food preparation. Multiple charters are already booked for the upcoming Caribbean season and next summer.

The Sous Chef will also be responsible for preparing meals for 20+ multinational crew, delivering healthy, varied, and high-quality dishes daily.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef on a similar-sized yacht (70m+)
Culinary training required
Charter yacht experience strongly preferred
Background in high-end restaurants
Strong creativity and ability to cook for large crew (20+ pax)
Ability to work under pressure in a busy charter program
Valid B1/B2 visa
STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2 (or equivalent)
