Experience - 2 year +

Christmas bonus
Must have strong culinary background.
At least one-year minimum working in the role of Sous chef on a similar sized or larger vessel
Able to work in face paced, changeable environment with a positive attitude.
Ability to deal with long hours and trips (this summer we have 7-week owner trip followed by a one-month charter!)
Experience with pastry is a bonus
Starting by 25th March in WPB
Heading back to the Med in May
