Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join a 70m Private & Charter Yacht with an active watersports program.
The successful candidate will work in a team of 2 in the galley, supporting high-end meal preparation for guests and crew while maintaining exceptional culinary standards. This is a dynamic role requiring adaptability, creativity, and efficiency in a fast-paced yachting environment.

Vessel: 70m Charter Yacht
Program: Active watersports
Usage: Private & Charter
Start Date: Before April 18th
Rotation: 2 months on / 2 months off
Salary: USD $5,000 – $6,000 (DOE)
Requirements:
Preferably Australian or New Zealand nationality
Culinary training (professional qualification required)
Strong restaurant background
Previous yacht experience preferred
Ability to work in a small galley team
Good English communication skills
High standards of hygiene and presentation
Male candidates preferred (due to cabin arrangements)
