The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in preparing high-quality meals for guests and crew, maintaining hygiene standards, and managing galley operations.
Requirements:
Culinary training and yacht/restaurant experience
Valid STCW certification
Valid medical certificate
Knowledge of international cuisine
Strong teamwork skills
