- Proven experience as a Sole Chef on yachts similar size
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to create tailored, high-end menus.
- Fluent in English
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training and ENG1 medical certificate.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage all aspects of the galley efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward team collaboration.
- Ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Experience with managing budgets, inventories, and provisions.
- Guest-focused with a passion for delivering memorable culinary experiences.
