Entry Level Qualifications:

- STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
- ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Culinary Qualifications:

- Apprenticeship/ Culinary School (2 - 5+ years)

Food & Hygiene Qualifications:

- Food Hygiene (HABC Level 2)
- Ship's Cook Certificate
