Itinerary: Dual season - Summer in Nantucket and winter: S. Florida, Bahamas, Exumas
Start date: ASAP
Requirements: Food safety & hygiene, Marine medical certificate (ENG1), STCW + Refresher, B1/B2 visa, Passport ( all valid at least 1+ years)
Other Details:
There are 2 owners, the first one is a couple that entertains a group of friends 2-4 guest
the other owner is single and invites up to 8 guests, no late-night parties and not that frequent.
The boat runs with 6 crew, no dietary restrictions.
Good food budget.
The individual must be self-motivated, trustworthy and flexible, work well with others, be a good listener and team player. Good provisioning skills
Responsibilities: Cooking all meals for owners and crew. Keeping Galley, Clean and organized, provisioning.
PREFERENCES - Good longevity, willing to commit long term. Culinary trained or culinary qualifications/ courses.
Salary: Within yachting guidelines, medical, flights/ leave to be finalized during interview process.
42 days leave a year, medical, end of the year bonus - TBD
