Head Crew Chef position available on a busy private Motor with International Cruising program, cooking for the Crew with a strong emphasis on management, scheduling and planning.

Salary: Highly competitive salary Paid in Euros – 90 days leave
Experience/attributes required:
* Restaurant background preferred
* Minimum 1 years’ experience on Yachts cooking for large amounts of Crew
* Planning and preparing of daily crew meals
* Management of galley budgeting
* Invoice management and processing
* Previous shipyard experience for maintenance works
* Petty cash and Credi Card reconciliation experience
* Responsible for galley inventory and storage
* Scheduling of galley team hours (team of 3-4)
* Galley folder management on Google Drive
* Oversight of Crew menus
* Management of galley cleaning schedule
