Job Responsibilities
Prepare fine dining meals for guests and crew
Design menus and manage food provisioning
Maintain galley hygiene and food safety standards
Coordinate catering operations onboard
Deliver luxury-level culinary experiences
Requirements
Previous yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred
Culinary certifications advantageous
Valid STCW certification package
Strong knowledge of international cuisine
Excellent presentation and organizational skills
