MYS Superyacht Crew is seeking an experienced Executive / Head Chef for a Motor Yacht or Expedition Vessel operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the galley and delivering high-quality cuisine for guests and crew while maintaining exceptional standards of food safety and presentation.
Job Responsibilities
Plan and prepare high-quality menus.
Manage daily galley operations.
Prepare meals according to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
Supervise galley personnel where applicable.
Manage provisioning and food inventory.
Maintain food hygiene and HACCP standards.
Control food quality, presentation, and waste.
Maintain galley cleanliness and equipment.
Requirements
Professional culinary qualification preferred.
Proven experience as Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Chef de Cuisine.
Previous luxury yacht, superyacht, cruise, or expedition experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of international cuisine.
Excellent food presentation skills.
Valid food safety/hygiene certification.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and independently.
