Job Description:
A luxury Motor Yacht operating in European waters is looking for an experienced Commis / 4th Chef to support the galley team. The successful candidate will assist with food preparation, kitchen organization, and maintaining high culinary standards onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation
• Prepare ingredients and support menu execution
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the galley
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• Support provisioning and kitchen operations
Requirements:
• Previous experience as Commis Chef or similar role preferred
• Culinary background or relevant qualifications
• Experience in luxury hospitality or yacht environment an advantage
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid Passport
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
