Requirements: Culinary trained or strong restaurant apprenticeship
Food safety & hygiene certificate
STCW + refresher
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
B1/B2 - Stamped on a B1 visa
Security Awareness
Responsible provisioning skills
Good food waste management
Very organized with clean galley practices
Happy personality
Enjoys cooking for both guests and crew - healthy and balanced meals.
Ability to produce high quality meal and presentation - healthy fresh meals.
Passport - minimum 1 year
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience.
