Knowledge in different specific nutritions ( gluten free, lactose free, cereal free, etc..) is required by the owner. They like simple, well-presented plates with few ingredients.

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude , yachting experience is not required but has to be aware of the yachting standards
For EU candidates French Medical & CFBS are needed due to ENIM declararion, it' s not needed for Non-Eu candidates
