Candidates should have 1 - 2 years' experience onboard yachts and should have a diploma in cooking or a Ships Cook Certificate, as well as STCW, PDSD, crowd management and food & hygiene level 3.
Candidates should have the ability to work hard and keep calm under pressure with a positive attitude towards the work and others. Punctual with a clean and tidy appearance. Candidates need to be happy to stay in the 3rd Chef role for a couple of years.
