Job Description:
We are seeking a 2nd Chef to join a 65m+ private motor yacht with exceptionally high culinary standards.
This is a rotational 3:3 position, starting at the end of December (location TBC).
The successful candidate will work closely with a talented Head Chef and gain exposure to a wide variety of international cuisines and dietary requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of yacht galley experience
• Formal culinary training and restaurant background essential
• Excellent knowledge of world cuisines, dietary needs, and presentation standards
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and hygiene practices
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a busy galley
• B1/B2 visa – Mandatory
