MSc/BSc within Maritime studies (Marine, Machinery, or Navigation) and / or Chief Engineer certificate of competency
Proven relevant experience in ship management and / or as a Chief Engineer
Actively cooperate with other disciplines within the fleet to optimise overall vessel and fleet performance
Works both independently and cooperative in the team
Focus on problem solving and demonstrates decision skills
