Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Master – SDPO for operations onboard seismic research vessels engaged in offshore survey projects worldwide. The role combines command responsibility with DP operations, ensuring safe vessel navigation and compliance with offshore seismic mission requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Command and overall responsibility of vessel operations
• Supervise DP (Dynamic Positioning) operations during seismic activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and offshore regulations
• Coordinate with seismic project teams and client representatives
• Manage crew and vessel operational readiness
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• DP Full / Unlimited Certificate
• Master Mariner license
• Medical fitness certificate
• Experience on seismic or offshore DP vessels
• Strong English communication skills
