Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) to join a construction barge project. The OIM will be responsible for overall offshore operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution of pipelay and marine construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for offshore construction and marine operations
• Leading safety, emergency response, and compliance onboard
• Coordinating between project management, client, and vessel teams
• Supervising marine, deck, and technical personnel
• Ensuring operations are carried out in accordance with international standards
Requirements:
• Certificate of Competency (CoC) – mandatory
• Valid STCW 95/2010 certificates
• Valid ENG 1 Medical Fitness Certificate
• Proven experience in:
– Pipelay operations
– Construction barge projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
