1x MoPH Approved Medic Doctor
·Proposed medic should be hold a Degree and MoPH registration valid for more than a 3 months as a Doctor
· Valid QID more than 3 months
· OMF card (if available)
·Evidence of MOSI (if available)
·Holds ACLS, BLS and other related certificate as per his position apart from the above
