• Valid Master’s certification with relevant endorsements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same rank on SPJUB
• Previous ARAMCO approval is an advantage
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proven commitment to safety and operational excellence
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
