Job Description:
OSM Thome is seeking a qualified Master to join SPJUB operations in Saudi Arabia. This role requires proven leadership, strong commitment to safety, and operational excellence at sea. Candidates with prior ARAMCO approval will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Oversee all vessel operations and ensure safe navigation
• Manage and supervise the crew, maintaining discipline and efficiency on board
• Ensure compliance with international, regulatory, and company policies
• Maintain strong communication with clients and shore-based teams
• Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
Requirements:
• Valid Master’s Certification and relevant endorsements
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same rank on SPJUB
• Previous ARAMCO approval (preferred)
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration / Rotation: 60 days on / 60 days off
• Salary: Day rate to be negotiated with the selected candidate
