The Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the relevant offshore oil and gas field (depending on the position).
• Proven track record of safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a demanding environment.
• Strong understanding of relevant technical concepts and procedures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Willingness to work on a rotational basis (e.g., 14/14 or 21/21).
• Must possess the required safety certifications, including International Well Control Certificate (IWCC), Offshore Survival Certificate (BOSIET), and Medical Fitness for Offshore Work certificate (specific requirements may vary by role).
