1. Master (STCW II/2)
2. Chief Officer
3. Second Officer
4. Chief Engineer (STCW III/2)
5. Second Engineer
6. Crane Operator (Heavy Lift Experience Preferred)
7. Ballast Control Operator
8. Jacking System Technician
9. Rigging Foreman
10. HSE Officer / Medic (as per POB requirements)
Prior Offshore or Jack-Up Barge Experience Preferred
