A leading offshore company is currently seeking an experienced Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join an Accommodation Vessel supporting offshore operations worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the vessel's electrical, electronic, automation, communication, and control systems while ensuring safe and reliable operation of all onboard equipment.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced ETOs with previous Accommodation Vessel or DP Offshore Vessel experience.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain electrical distribution systems
Troubleshoot automation and control systems
Maintain DP-related electrical equipment where applicable
Service communication and navigation electronics
Perform preventive electrical maintenance
Maintain technical documentation
Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures
Requirements
Minimum 24 months of experience as ETO
Previous experience onboard Accommodation Vessels or DP Offshore Vessels
Valid STCW certification package
Valid Electro-Technical Officer Certificate of Competency
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong electrical and automation knowledge
Physically and medically fit for offshore service
