Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Chief Officer DPO to join a Fast Support Intervention Vessel (FSIV DP2) operating offshore in Saudi Arabia.
The Chief Officer will assist the Master in vessel management and DP operations, ensuring the vessel maintains high safety, operational, and environmental standards.
This is a great opportunity to work in a stable rotation with a reputable offshore operator.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist the Master in safe navigation, DP operations, and bridge management.
• Monitor vessel stability, ballasting, and cargo operations.
• Supervise deck crew and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Conduct regular DP checks, drills, and safety inspections.
• Support in emergency preparedness and daily reporting to the Master.
Requirements:
• Minimum 24 months offshore experience.
• Experience onboard DP2 / FSIV vessels.
• Valid STCW certificates and Chief Officer CoC (II/2).
• Valid DP Certificate (Advanced).
• Non-Aramco experience accepted, Aramco-approved preferred.
• Valid Seafarer Medical, Passport, and Seaman Book.
• Strong knowledge of DP systems, navigation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English communication.
