Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Deckhand to join a Dredging or TSHD (Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger) vessel operating in Southeast Asia.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on skills, understands dredging operations, and can work effectively within a multinational crew.
This role is suitable for Indonesian nationals with proven sea service on dredging vessels.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with all deck operations related to dredging activities
Handle mooring, anchoring, and general deck duties
Support maintenance of deck equipment, tools, and safety gear
Ensure safe working practices and compliance with company procedures
Collaborate closely with the Bosun and deck team during dredging operations
Participate in emergency drills and safety routines
Requirements
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical check-up
Current seafarer’s book
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Deckhand on a dredging or TSHD vessel
Experience working with a multinational crew is an advantage
Good command of English
Ready to join ASAP
