We are looking for an experienced 2nd Cook to join an offshore vessel operating in Europe. The successful candidate will support meal preparation for a large crew (POB ~90 persons), maintain high standards of hygiene, follow food safety regulations, and assist the Chief Cook in daily galley operations.
This role requires prior offshore experience and the ability to work efficiently in a multinational team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and serving meals for up to 90 personnel onboard
Maintain hygiene and sanitation in the galley and food storage areas
Follow safety and food-handling procedures in accordance with STCW requirements
Support the Chief Cook in daily kitchen operations
Ensure proper stock rotation and assist with inventory duties
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a 2nd Cook in Offshore operations
Proven experience working with large POB (90 personnel)
Previous experience with multinational crew, preferably European
Good command of English
Valid STCW Food Handling Certificates
Fit and ready for offshore work environment
