Key Responsibilities:
- experienced of at least 2-5 years onboard offshore or conventional vessels
- good knowledge of european cuisine and strong baking and pastry making skills
- strong managements skills , stock counts and HSE knowledge
- friendly attitude
- experienced in managing catering team/crew
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chief Cook on board vessels
- Valid STCW certification
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Good communication skills
