Job Description:
The Chief Cook will manage galley operations, meal preparation, food inventory, and hygiene standards onboard the vessel while ensuring high-quality catering services for the crew.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certification
Valid medical fitness certificate
Experience as Chief Cook onboard offshore vessels preferred
Knowledge of food hygiene and catering management
Good English communication skills
Ability to work under offshore conditions
