We are looking for an experienced Chief Cook for an upcoming offshore Pipe Lay vessel project. The contract is short-term, with work on a modern offshore vessel complying with international safety and operational standards. The Chief Cook will be responsible for preparing and managing meals for the crew during the project.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing and cooking meals for all vessel personnel
• Managing galley staff and coordinating meal schedules
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and dining areas
• Managing food inventory and storage
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• BOSIET + CA-EBS (OPITO-approved)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 1 year offshore catering experience
Employment Details:
