The successful candidate will manage galley operations and provide high-quality meals for crew members onboard.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve daily meals
Plan menus and manage food inventories
Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
Supervise galley operations
Ensure food safety compliance
Requirements
Previous offshore or vessel cooking experience
Food safety certification preferred
Valid STCW certification package
Valid medical certificate
Good English communication skills
