PT Savana Charta Indonesia is seeking an experienced Chief Cook for deployment onboard a Floating Crane Vessel operating in Guinea, West Africa.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meal preparation, galley management, food inventory control, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety onboard.
Requirements
Indonesian Seafarer only
Fluent English communication skills
Previous experience as Chief Cook onboard cargo or offshore vessels
Minimum 2 contracts in the same rank
Valid STCW 2010 certification
Valid Cook Certificate where applicable
Minimum 18 months validity on all documents
Valid Yellow Fever and Cholera vaccinations
Completed COVID-19 vaccination
Good knowledge of food safety and galley operations
