A reputable offshore company is currently seeking an experienced Chief Cook for deployment onboard a Cable Lay Barge operating in Vietnam.
The selected candidate will manage galley operations and provide high-quality catering services for offshore crew onboard.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals for vessel crew
Manage galley hygiene and food storage procedures
Maintain catering inventory and supplies
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Support crew welfare through quality catering services
Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness in the galley
Requirements
Taiwanese nationality preferred
Previous Cable Lay Barge experience required
Valid STCW certification package
Valid ILO medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong organizational and catering skills
Ability to work effectively onboard offshore vessels
