Augustea International Crews is seeking an experienced Chief Cook to join a Barge, Tug Boat, or Crew Boat operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all daily galley operations, meal preparation, provisioning, food hygiene, and catering services for the crew.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals for officers and crew.
Plan menus and manage food requirements.
Manage galley provisions and inventory.
Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation.
Maintain high standards of galley hygiene and sanitation.
Maintain and operate galley equipment safely.
Minimize food waste and control provisions.
Participate in emergency and safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience as Chief Cook onboard vessels.
Previous experience on Barge, Tug Boat, Crew Boat, or similar vessel preferred.
Valid STCW certification as required.
Valid food safety and hygiene certification.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Valid passport and seaman's book.
Good English communication skills.
Strong organizational and hygiene standards.
Ability to work independently.
