A leading offshore vessel operator is currently seeking an experienced Chief Cook for deployment onboard AHTS vessels operating internationally.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals for vessel crew
Maintain galley hygiene and food safety standards
Manage food inventory and provisioning onboard
Support crew welfare through quality catering services
Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness in the galley
Requirements
Previous offshore vessel experience preferred
Valid STCW certification package
Good catering and organizational skills
Good English communication abilities
Strong hygiene and food safety awareness
