Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare meals for crew members and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness in the galley.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certification.
- Previous experience as a Chief Cook on offshore vessels.
- Knowledge of international cuisines and dietary requirements.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
