Skills and Attributes Required:
Experience on Cruise ship, Large Yachts or Hotels, Catering, can be new to yachting but must have previous experience within a galley environment
Organized, eye for detail, motivated, able to follow instructions,
Proficient in the preparation of salads, soups, vegetable dishes, international cuisines
Understands the need for strong personal hygiene.

Qualifications Required:
• STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate with at least 6 months’ validity
• Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate
• Seaman’s discharge book
