Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Deck Cadets to join our offshore fleet in Norway. As a Deck Cadet, you will begin your career in the offshore industry, learning from experienced colleagues in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Actively participate in daily operations onboard the vessel
• Assist with the maintenance of tires and deck equipment
• Contribute to safety training and implementation of procedures
• Perform tasks according to guidance from superiors
• Participate in navigation-related activities under supervision
Requirements:
• Valid STCW-78 certificate
• Health certificate from a seaman’s doctor
• Completed college or technical vocational school
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
