Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Bosun to supervise deck operations onboard our Work Boat. The Bosun will coordinate deck crew activities and ensure all deck tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and assign daily deck tasks
• Ensure maintenance of deck equipment and rigging
• Support cargo and mooring operations
• Lead safety drills and training for deck crew
• Maintain a clean and organized deck area
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Bosun or AB license
• Proven experience in similar position
• Strong leadership and communication skills
