Job Description:
SA-World is seeking an experienced Bosun for a Pipe Lay Vessel to lead the deck crew in day-to-day operations and ensure safety and efficiency on deck.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise deck crew during mooring, rigging, and crane operations.
Maintain deck equipment and cargo handling gear.
Conduct deck inspections and ensure safety compliance.
Assist officers with maintenance and reporting.
Train and mentor deck ratings.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates and Bosun experience on offshore vessels.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluent in English.
