Y-Ships is seeking an experienced Bosun to join a Multipurpose AHTS or Pusher Tug operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will supervise deck ratings and coordinate daily deck maintenance, mooring, towing, anchor-handling, cargo, and lifting activities.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate deck crew activities.
Support towing and anchor-handling operations.
Lead mooring, anchoring, and deck activities.
Inspect and maintain ropes, wires, and deck equipment.
Assist with lifting and cargo-handling operations.
Organize deck maintenance, painting, and preservation work.
Participate in toolbox talks and emergency drills.
Ensure compliance with company HSE and safe working procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience as Bosun or Senior Able Seaman.
Valid STCW certification package.
Previous AHTS, Pusher Tug, OSV, or similar offshore vessel experience preferred.
Relevant deck rating Certificate of Proficiency.
Valid passport, seaman's book, and medical certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Strong leadership and safety awareness.
Physically and medically fit for sea service.
