Zaki Al Zayer Marine Service is recruiting an experienced Messman to join its Utility and Crew Boat fleet. The successful candidate will assist the galley department by supporting meal preparation, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, and ensuring a hygienic living environment for the crew.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Cook with food preparation
Clean and sanitize the galley and mess room
Serve meals to crew members
Wash dishes and kitchen utensils
Maintain food storage areas
Assist with galley inventory when required
Follow company hygiene and HSE standards
Support overall crew welfare onboard
Requirements
Minimum 2 completed contracts as Messman
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
Good English communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Strong teamwork and hygiene awareness
