A reputable shipping company is seeking experienced Able Seamen (AB) to join a Turkish-flagged Tug Boat.
Two AB positions are available. Candidates with previous tug or harbour vessel experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform deck maintenance and housekeeping
• Assist with towing, mooring, berthing, and unberthing operations
• Handle ropes, wires, and deck equipment safely
• Support cargo and general deck activities
• Maintain deck equipment and working areas
• Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Requirements
• Valid Able Seafarer Deck / AB certification
• Previous Tug Boat / Harbour Tug experience preferred
• Experience with towing and mooring operations is an advantage
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid Passport, Seaman’s Book, and Medical Certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork
• Turkish personnel preferred
