Job Description:
We are seeking qualified Able Seamen (AB) to join our offshore fleet in Norway. ABs are responsible for supporting deck operations, ensuring safety onboard, assisting in navigation, and maintaining deck equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform daily tasks on board in accordance with safety procedures
• Participate in port operations, including mooring and unloading cargo
• Maintain deck equipment and machinery
• Support the captain and officers in navigation tasks
• Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with regulations
Requirements:
• Valid AB (Able Bodied Seaman) certificate
• Experience with anchor handling is desirable
• Strong understanding of safety procedures onboard ships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in Norwegian or English
