A leading offshore marine contractor is seeking an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join a Jack-Up vessel operating in Taiwan.
The successful candidate will support deck operations, mooring, maintenance, lifting activities, and general offshore operations onboard.
Job Responsibilities
Perform deck duties according to vessel procedures
Assist with mooring, anchoring, and berthing operations
Support offshore lifting and deck activities
Carry out deck maintenance, painting, and preservation work
Maintain deck equipment and working areas
Assist with cargo and general offshore operations
Participate in safety drills and toolbox meetings
Follow company HSE and maritime safety procedures
Requirements
Previous experience as Able Seaman (AB) onboard Jack-Up vessels
Proven Jack-Up vessel experience
Valid deck rating certification
Valid STCW certificates
Valid ILO Medical Certificate
Valid passport and Seaman's Book
Good English communication skills
Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
Malaysian nationality preferred
