Atlas Next Wave is currently seeking an experienced Able Seaman (AB) for a Jack-up Vessel operating in UK offshore waters.
The successful candidate will perform navigational watchkeeping support, deck maintenance, mooring operations, cargo handling, and offshore project assistance while ensuring compliance with maritime safety regulations.
This opportunity is suitable for experienced offshore Able Seamen eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
Job Responsibilities
Perform navigational watchkeeping support
Carry out mooring and anchoring operations
Conduct deck maintenance and preservation
Assist with cargo handling activities
Operate deck equipment safely
Participate in emergency drills
Ensure compliance with HSE policies
Maintain operational readiness onboard
Requirements
Valid STCW certification package
Valid Able Seaman certification
GWO Working at Heights & Manual Handling
HUET, BOSIET or FOET
Chester Step Test
Helideck Landing Officer Training
Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
Previous offshore experience preferred
Valid passport and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
