Job Description
PT. Benteng Marine Service is currently seeking an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join a Crewboat Vessel supporting offshore marine operations.
The successful candidate will perform deck operations, navigational watchkeeping, mooring activities, maintenance duties, and assist in ensuring safe vessel operations.
This opportunity is ideal for qualified ABs with previous Crewboat, Tug Boat, or Workboat experience.
Job Responsibilities
Perform navigational watchkeeping duties
Participate in mooring and anchoring operations
Carry out deck maintenance and preservation work
Operate deck machinery and equipment
Assist during cargo and offshore support operations
Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Follow company HSE policies and maritime regulations
Maintain operational readiness onboard
Requirements
Previous experience as Able Seaman onboard Crewboat, Tug Boat, or Workboat
Valid Able Seaman Certificate
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
All certificates must remain valid for at least 15 months
Good English communication skills
Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
Physically and medically fit for sea service
