Job Description
A leading offshore company is currently seeking an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join an Accommodation Vessel supporting offshore operations worldwide.
The successful candidate will perform navigational watchkeeping duties, assist with mooring and cargo operations, carry out deck maintenance, and support safe offshore vessel operations while complying with international maritime regulations and company HSE procedures.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced offshore ratings with previous service onboard Accommodation Vessels or DP Offshore Vessels.
Job Responsibilities
Perform navigational watchkeeping duties
Participate in mooring and anchoring operations
Assist with cargo handling and offshore support activities
Carry out deck maintenance, painting, and preservation work
Maintain deck equipment and operational readiness
Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Follow company HSE procedures and international maritime regulations
Work effectively within a multinational crew
Requirements
Minimum 24 months of experience as Able Seaman
Previous experience onboard Accommodation Vessels or DP Offshore Vessels
Valid STCW certification package
Valid Able Seaman Certificate
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong seamanship and teamwork skills
Excellent safety awareness
Physically and medically fit for offshore service
